Hi Class! I want to give you an introduction to what we will be doing on our blog. A couple of times per week, I will post a prompt that goes along with your assigned reading. You will respond to the prompt in the "comments".
Here are the requirements for each reading response:
1. Each response will be 300 words long.
2. Reference the text at least twice in your response.
3. Respond to someone else's post. This means you must read at least one other student's post, and then say what you think about it in two or three sentences.
The other element of our blog will be weekly posts by individual students. Every student besides the poster will comment on the post. I will go over the instructions for this post in class, and each of you will sign up for a week of the semester in which you will post.
